SecTepe is Eckel SecTepe UG (haftungsbeschränkt), headquartered in Wülfrath (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company is led by Florian Eckel and David Tepe. We are owner-led, self-funded, free from external capital – and therefore independent in our decisions and our advisory approach for the long term.

Which certifications and memberships do you hold?

Our staff hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, OSWP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner, and vendor certifications in the cloud and networking space. As a company, we are an Alliance for Cyber Security partner of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and an accredited advisor for the BAFA and "go-digital" funding programmes.

Which sectors do you work with most often?

Our portfolio spans the German mid-market, with particular focus on manufacturing, trades, healthcare, financial services, energy supply, logistics, public sector and specialised IT service providers. For each sector we maintain a dedicated pool of templates, risk libraries and regulatory references.
