The most important fix: optimization now runs in the language of the policy itself. A German policy is improved in German, an English one in English. The optimized text no longer switches language by mistake. For a bilingual ISMS this is key. The AI help should not itself cause new inconsistencies.
Unlocked for Free Tenants
Policy optimization is now also open to free tenants. Smaller organizations and test setups can use the AI assistant before they move to a larger plan. That makes it easy to start with AI-assisted ISMS work.

A long-standing annoyance is gone: the output is no longer cut off. Longer policies now come back fully optimized. They no longer stop at a token limit. You get the whole document, not just the first two thirds.

Policy mirror documents now export as a properly formatted DOCX instead of raw Markdown. Do you pass documents to auditors, the works council or other departments? Then you get a clean Word file. You don't have to fix the layout by hand.
EU-Sovereign and With Model Lifecycle
The AI functions of SecTepe.Core run on an EU-sovereign, IONOS-hosted LLM service with an OpenAI-compatible API. No data takes a detour via US providers.
The same cycle adds clean handling of the model lifecycle:
- When a model reaches its end-of-life date, the system retires it in an orderly way.
- If the retirement date can't be parsed, the system stays up on purpose (fail-open).
