What are managed cloud services?
With managed cloud services, you hand off the setup, running and security of your cloud. We take care of users and rights, updates, security settings and capacity. Your team does its work. We keep the cloud clean and safe.
Keep in mind that you share the duty. The cloud provider protects the data center, hardware and platform. Your company is still in charge of settings, accounts and data. - A service provider sets up your cloud, runs it and keeps it safe. That covers users and rights, updates and security settings. It also covers watching the cloud and planning how much power you need.
- Which cloud environments do you support?
- For example Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online. We also run Azure and your own server clouds in German and European data centers.
- Isn't the cloud provider already responsible for security?
- Only in part. The provider guards its own systems. You are in charge of settings, user accounts, rights and your data. That is where most gaps show up. And that is the part we take over.
- How is it billed?
- You pay a fixed fee each month. No more hard-to-read bills based on usage. We agree on the exact scope after a first talk.

An experienced lead guides you through the project. You get clear goals, an open plan for time and cost, and a status every week. All results are written down and belong to you.
4. Running and reviewing
After the project we stay with you. We run systems for you, check them at set times and keep track of open tasks. When new threats or new rules come up, we get in touch.
